THE PUSH UP CHALLENGE

Commencing 8th July, Burnfit Studio is taking part in the Push-Up Challenge, raising money to support Headspace, National Youth Mental Health Organisation.
The organisation works to strengthen the mental health and wellbeing of young Australians.
The Push-Up Challenge started in 2018 and aims to raise awareness of mental health in Australia. This year, The Push-Up Challenge highlights the devastating number of Australian lives lost to suicide in 2017. 3,128 push-ups for 3,128 lives lost to suicide!
Around 75 per cent of mental illnesses occur for the first time before a person turns 25. By supporting The Push-Up Challenge, you're supporting an organisation that addresses the unique barriers young people face to accessing mental health support.
Your contribution will help headspace to continue promoting the importance of help-seeking, breaking down the stigma of mental ill health and making sure every young Australian knows they are not alone.
The Push-Up Challenge is a great way to promote fitness, mental health and community spirit with friends and co-workers while raising funds for a worthy cause.
