Fit 4 Teens is designed to help your teenagers build fitness, confidence and social skills and give them the capability to be active for life. - It’s also a great way to give them the edge over their competitor, in their chosen sporting field.
Classes improve life skills like focus, perseverance, dedication and discipline. The classes are fun, challenging and rewarding focussing on strength and conditioning; for all fitness levels aged 11-16 and run by qualified coaches that give them something to aspire to
The classes are designed to help foster great sportsmanship, teens are encouraged to be motivating towards other teen members and to encourage each other throughout their workouts.

Classes are run in conjunction with School Terms
Maximum of 16 Teens per class
Terms 1,2 and 3 - $180.00
Term 4 - $160.00
Casual class per child $12.50
10% discount if more than one child per family and more than one session per week
