There is NO calorie or gram counting and there is no food deprivation that will leave you hungry or fatigued.
Simply eat foods that fall in the parameters of the guidelines until you are full then stop eating. Easy!
The Shred The Bad program is a fun, effective and do-able jump start to better health. You will be shredding the BAD foods and habits that may not be serving you well and will focus on cleaner living and flooding your body with whole food good nutrition.
You will be part of a community who will be shredding too, at the end of the 28 Day Shred you will find that you are feeling better and motivated to begin to incorporate some of those changes into your daily diets and lifestyle!
